This work helps you understand, appreciate and use your individual talents through coaching, self-reflection and practice to provide accountability, embed learning and maximise your positive impact on your life, work and relationships.

  • CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment

  • 1 or 2 x 90-minute coaching sessions

  • Tailored resources, emails + homework

  • Prerequisites: CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment + at least one individual coaching session (Strengths Starter package above)

This work helps individuals in the group broadly explore the CliftonStrengths tool and start to unpack how their talents influence their life, role and relationships.

​

It also helps them begin explore how they contribute to the organisation’s outcomes through the application of their talents.

​

Includes:

  • 90-minute group workshop (online or in-person)

  • Tailored resources

  • Prerequisites: all group members must have completed their Top 5 assessment before this session

​

Cost: NZ$750 + GST

No limit on number of participants

CLIFTONSTRENGTHS® TOP 5
TEAM COACHING

Connection, Communication, Collaboration

This work helps teams collectively leverage their talents toward achieving team performance goals and building connection and trust with each other to maximise team performance and impact.

​

Includes:

  • A customised 3-hour session to explore an understanding of how each individual’s strengths can contribute to the team they work in

  • Tailored resources

  • Prerequisites: All team members must have completed at least one individual coaching session before this session

 

Cost: NZ$2,500 + GST

(up to 15 participants)

Maximum 15 per team workshop

BESPOKE SOLUTIONS, CONSULTING + ADVICE

Tailored To Your Needs

I work with you to co-design and create a programme specific to your needs drawing on coaching, training and learning design skills and matching the most appropriate models and approaches to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

I draw on the knowledge and expertise of key partners if required.

I consult and advise on projects, processes and procedures in relation to leadership development, workplace culture and wellbeing.

​

Rates for this work negotiated with client.
